A lovely friend, who claimed to be a tuttifoodi-fan (thanks :-P), sent me this wonderful cake recipe through email. It looks really great in picture and I'm sure it also tastes great ! I'm honored to have this recipe in tuttifoodi.com. Enjoy !

This is one of the easiest chocolate cake recipes.
If you are looking for a quick fix for chocolate cake craving, this molten cake only takes 15 minutes to prepare. It doesn't even need any electric mixer.

These are the ingredients:
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
4 tbsp flour
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C.) Grease four 6-oz. custard cups or souffle dishes.

Using double boiler, melt chocolate and butter in a large bowl until butter is melted (or for a shortcut, you can microwave them for 2 minutes.)
Remove from heat and set aside. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and flour, mix well. Add whole eggs and egg yolks, beat until well blended. Divide batter evenly into prepared custard cups.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cakes are firm around the edges but still soft in the centers. Let stand for 1 minute.  Run small knife around cakes to loosen. Carefully invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Sprinkle lightly with additional powdered sugar and garnish with strawberry, if desired. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Note: You can prepare the chocolate mixture several hours ahead of time. Simply make the recipe, pour into the prepared custard cups, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.  Bake just before serving. When the batter is cold, the cakes may take a minute or two longer to bake.
