You can use the Daily Fruit & Fibre Mix for many things, like making French toast! Follow this easy recipe for tasty french toast with fruit & fibre.


  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 55 g Daily Fruit & Fibre Mix
  • Optional:
  • (Coconut blossom) sugar for on top & jam to serve it with


  1. Mash the banana in a bowl;
  2. Add the egg;
  3. Mix it with the Daily Fruit & Fibre Mix;
  4. Soak the slices of bread in the batter;
  5. Grill it with some butter or oil;
  6. If you want you can sprinkle one side with sugar for a nice and crunchy layer;
  7. Serve with jam, fresh fruit and/or cottage cheese.
